     Forward moving forklift is a type of industrial handling vehicle, whose forks can move forward and backward. This is a significant feature that distinguishes it from ordinary forklifts. A typical forklift adjusts the position of the forks by lifting the gantry and moving the vehicle forward and backward, while a forward moving forklift can extend the forks forward a certain distance without moving the vehicle body, making it convenient for loading and unloading goods. Especially in some working environments with limited space, its advantages are more obvious.
2. Structural characteristics
     Door frame system: It has a specially designed door frame structure, which can move forward and backward along the guide rail with a fork. This type of gantry structure is usually compact and capable of lifting and moving goods in a litter space. For example, in the narrow aisle of the warehouse, it can extend the forks to reach the goods deep inside the shelves without the need for the entire forklift body to move too much forward, reducing the risk of forklift collisions with the shelves.
     Drive system: Forward moving forklifts generally use electric drive mode, with motors providing power for walking and cargo lifting. Electric drive makes forklift operation quieter and allows for correct control of travel speed and fork movement.      Balance system: In order to ensure that the forklift maintains balance under load and forward movement of the forks, it has a dedicated balance system. This system typically includes a counterweight device and a hydraulic balancing system. 3. Working principle
     When loading and unloading goods, the operator controls the hydraulic system through the joystick. Firstly, the hydraulic system drives the gantry to move forward along the guide rail, causing the fork to extend to the appropriate position and approach the cargo. Then, by elevating the hydraulic system, lift the fork to the height where the cargo is located and insert it under the cargo. Afterwards, the fork slightly descends, causing the goods to fall onto the fork. Next, the fork carries the goods and moves back to the center position of the forklift to ensure its balance. During transportation, forklifts rely on the power of the driving wheels (usually the rear wheels) to move forward or backward, transporting goods to a certain location. Unload the goods in reverse order.

     Warehouse logistics: In warehouses, especially in high-rise shelving warehouses with narrow shelving channels, forward moving forklifts are ideal tools for cargo handling. It can operate flexibly in narrow passages, quickly store goods in various positions on the shelves, and efficiently retrieve goods. For example, in an automated three-dimensional warehouse, a forward moving forklift can work with an automation system to complete the automatic storage and retrieval tasks of goods.
    Production workshop: In some production workshops, it is necessary to frequently transport raw materials or finished products within limited space.
